Bruce and Wendy Lacroix are the principal partners of the company. Since 1974, education, travel and work have taken them to Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada.

They have worked in all areas of hotels and resorts, including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, sales and marketing, audit, sports and recreation, and training and management. Together or individually, their portfolio includes employment with:

• Delta Hotels and Resorts
• CN - CP (now Fairmont Resorts) at Jasper Park Lodge and the Chateau Laurier
• Fairmont Hot Springs Resort, Canada's largest year-round full facility resort

In addition to the above, Bruce has also taught in the Tourism Department at Selkirk College in British Columbia (www.selkirk.bc.ca). He is co-author of 2 training manuals: Turks and Caicos Invest Entrepreneur Development Programme, and the Virtual Contact Centre Agent Resource Manual. Bruce has written over 100 tourism and business articles and has spoken at numerous conferences and conventions.

Wendy Lacroix started her career in Environmental Studies, and has combined this with 15 years working in the Hospitality industry. She is certified by the Government of British Columbia as a College Instructor, and has taught Tourism courses for a number of educational facilities. Wendy has also been elected Area Governor for Toastmasters International.
